For lovers of great food and fine wine ~ Blackheath Wine Fair is held during April at the New Ivanhoe Hotel. Taste local wines from Bathurst, Orange, Mudgee and Cowra, and enjoy inspired dishes from Blackheath's Cafes and Deli’s. Experience the height of a Blackheath Autumn - fresh air, cool climate wines, local produce, live music and family entertainment set against the backdrop of changing leaves in our friendly village.

Blackheath village comes alive during the Annual Rhododendron Festival. With spectacular floral displays, Annual Art Show, Jazz Festival, market stalls and outdoor entertainment, it's a beautiful time of year to experience our village life. The Rhododendron Festival takes place on the first weekend in November. The Official Opening and Grand Parade begin on the Saturday at the New Ivanhoe Hotel. The Annual Art Show will be held at the Blackheath Community Centre. All items are for sale, with over 300 exhibits including traditional and contemporary works.
